Why speed is not on the list
Insurance is not a decision made quickly. The right policy comes out of a conversation about what you need and a proper comparison of what each insurer covers. Putting speed forward as a value would be treating this like a checkout.
What we promise instead is clarity: telling you at the outset how long something will take, and not leaving the process opaque while it happens.
Where a value stops being a slogan
A value is worth something when it costs you a sale. Independence means telling someone their existing policy is already the better deal. Keeping our word means writing the exclusions on the product page where a prospective client will read them before deciding.
