Our values

Writing a list of values is easy; working to one is harder. Each of the four below has something visible on this site that corresponds to it — we have written down where we actually apply what we claim.

Independence

We are a broker, not an agent. We do not represent one insurer — we compare more than 30 of them on your behalf and recommend on fit, not on who pays us best.

In practiceWhat decides a recommendation is the cover and the price, never the commission rate.
Transparency

You see which insurers were approached, what each one offered and why we are recommending one of them. Nothing about the process is hidden from the person paying for it.

In practiceThe same policy costs the same bought directly — we say so plainly on the pricing page.
Keeping our word

We would rather say what a policy does not cover than let you find out later. Where we cannot help, we say that too instead of selling something adjacent.

In practiceEvery product page carries a section on what falls outside the cover, not only what is included.
Continuity

The same adviser stays with you from the first policy through renewals and changes. Insurance is a long relationship; being handed to a new person every year is not one.

In practice98% of our clients renew with us — a decision they make again every year.

Why speed is not on the list

Insurance is not a decision made quickly. The right policy comes out of a conversation about what you need and a proper comparison of what each insurer covers. Putting speed forward as a value would be treating this like a checkout.

What we promise instead is clarity: telling you at the outset how long something will take, and not leaving the process opaque while it happens.

Where a value stops being a slogan

A value is worth something when it costs you a sale. Independence means telling someone their existing policy is already the better deal. Keeping our word means writing the exclusions on the product page where a prospective client will read them before deciding.

If you find something on this site that does not match what we say here, tell us. That is the most useful message we can receive.
